SWEETHEART PACKAGE: Indulge with your sweetheart a package that you'll both enjoy. You will receive one overnight stay, a heart soap, candle, rose flower, cheesecake and candy. All for only $90 plus taxes.
If you would like to add a special meal just for your sweetheart, we can offer a suggestion of Polynesian Appetizers, Filet Mignon Steaks, grated cheese potatoes, salad, Waldorf Astoria Cake for $20.00/person. Please inquire.
MURDER MYSTERIES: Are you interested in a Murder Mystery Dinner? Where you can get together with your family or friends & during a great meal you can play the game of mystery to solve a crime! The title, "Diamonds are for Eva" is an eight player drama that depicts the game of Inspector Clumsow. Price ranges from $12 - $25/person. It takes 3-4 hours to play. Also available are games for women only. They are great for teas, showers, luncheons, etc. Call ahead for reservations.
SPECIAL OCCASION PACKAGE: Make someone feel very special any time of the year. The celebration basket contains a choice of wine, box of chocolates along with a bouquet of flowers. It'll be waiting for you when you arrive; cost is $35.00 outside the cost of the room.
SUNFLOWER EXCURSIONS: Tour the diverse terrain of Kiowa County by car, bicycle or walking with a map or with a guide $20/hr (3 hr. minimum chg) where you can see our very own Historical twilight Theatre, Round Barn, Kiowa County Museum, old-fashion soda Fountain, the open spaces of fields and farms; experience harvesting, working of fields and see the many crops of our area. Oh, and the natural Kansas flower, sunflowers. You'll return to enjoy Sunflower Fudge or Sunflower Cookies. Or, maybe enjoy an evening out at our historical downtown Twilight Theatre (request 2 adult tickets free; shows are only on weekends.)or maybe enjoy a meal especially made for you with our own beef raised on the farm (steak dinner $20.00/person). Double occupancy room is $60 plus tax.
LET'S FALL FOR IT: Enjoy the fall colors touring to the best kept secret of Kiowa County...the town of Belvidere. You can browse thru the antique store and see the ranch area which was once owned by the Rockefeller family. Tour the Soldiers Creek Cemetery. Upon your return you will find a Fried Apples Dessert or a special meal designed for you (Please inquire.) Tour on your own or by a guide; $20/hr.
REST FOR THE WEARY: Relax and enjoy a little quiet time in our claw-footed tub where you will soak in our special emolients, be served hot tea and cookies for the price of $20.00.
OVERNIGHT QUILT RETREATS: Quilters can come with their own projects to do. Sharing ideas and fellowship of others can be great fun. So get your friends together & venture out to Greensburg. Reservations are kindly requested in advance. Being an avid quilter myself, you will enjoy the many quilts throughout the house! A meeting room is available. The use of it with your overnight stay is $50/day. If other meals are wanted, please inquire.
 TOURING THE FARM: a true working farm where you can experience how a farm is run. Very seasonal as to what you want to see and learn. January 1 to March 30 is the feeding and calving of cattle. June is wheat harvesting (usually the last part of June to 1st of July; depending on the season) or fall harvesting of milo, corn, soybeans and cotton usually September 1 to November 15. Double occupancy room and tour for $100 plus tax/day.
COUPLES BASKET LUNCH: We'll put together a basket loaded with all the essentials for a great outdoor picnic. It includes: tablecloth, silverware, napkins, chicken salad, cheese and crackers, cheesecake and bottle of bubbly for $18.00.
GIRLFRIEND GET AWAYS: You can enjoy the walk to downtown Greensburg and shop in our many stores, receive a massage or manicure, and tickets to our historical theatre (open weekends only). The price includes double occupancy room, 2 massages and 2 tickets for $200.
USING PUMPKIN COOKING CLASSES: Learn how to use pumpkin in every dish possible for a complete meal. Price includes dbl occupancy room for two nights, cooking lesson and a sitdown meal; $250 plus tax. October 1 - 26.
THE BIRD: learn how to cook the game birds that your husband brought home after the big hunt. Price includes dbl occupancy room for two nights, cooking lesson and a sitdown meal; $250 plus tax. Call for an appropriate time.
STUDENT BREAKFAST FREE: All students want their parents to come and see them at college. Let the parents spend a night with us and we'll offer the student a free breakfast with their parents at the breakfast table.
OH CHRISTMAS TREE: Bring the family and cut your own tree at a tree farm close by. Afterwards, enjoy hot chocolate, and an evening meal at a restaurant that is known for its decorations and gift shop. The package includes the cost of a 6' tree, evening meal for 4, snacks and two rooms for $280.
HUNTERS ONLY: This is for those who like to hunt but want their own experience. We'll offer you a place to hunt (pheasant and quail) a room, complete breakfast, a guide, & a kennel for $250 per person/day.
